The Healthmed card is good at any local retail pharmacy, and no payments are due until their case is settled.

Submit your patient’s enrollment directly to Healthmed and their prescription card can be activated and ready for use within the same day. The process for applying for the Healthmed program is simple and fast, which means you can spend more time on patient care and less time on paperwork.

To enroll a patient in Healthmed, simply fill out a pdf enrollment form, have the patient sign the lien and waiver section, then email these documents to Healthmed at contact@healthmed.com. It’s that easy.

Once your patient’s Healthmed enrollment is complete, they will be emailed a copy of their card that is usually available to use within 24 hours, if not sooner. Healthmed will also contact the patient’s attorney to get the required attorney-signed lien/LOP.
