To register your client for the Healthmed program, you actually send in an enrollment form on their behalf. Collect all the necessary information for the enrollment form from your client, have them sign the lien and waiver section, and then submit the form via the Healthmed Attorney Portal. You will be notified when their enrollment is successfully processed.

Yes, the Healthmed card is for use on a variety of common generic pain and psych medications. Any prescriptions for medications that are not included in this group will not be approved by the pharmacy if your patient tries to use their Healthmed card to fill them.
